Q. HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHOTO?

A. You must be registered with a user name and password through the Ab Coaster® Challenge registration form. Once you have completed the Challenge you will login and upload your before and after photos of your uncovered abdominal area.

Q. CAN I SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE PHOTO DURING THE CONTEST?

A. No, you may only submit one before and one after photo of your uncovered abdominal area during the contest.

Q. CAN I SUBMIT A PHOTO OF MYSELF AND ANOTHER PERSON TOGETHER?

A. No. You must be the person in both the before and after pictures and nobody can be with you in the photos or you will be disqualified.

Q. CAN I MAIL MY BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS DIRECTLY TO YOU?

A. No- each participant must fill out the Ab Coaster® Challenge registration form in order to upload before and after photos. We cannot except entries in any other way.

Q. CAN MY BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS HAVE TEXT ON THEM?

A. No, please send us a clean submissions of your before and after photos with no text written on them. If we do receive before and after photos with Text on them, you will be disqualified.

Q. WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR THE AB COASTER CHALLENGE?

A. All entrants must be 18 years of age and are legal residents of the United States of America.
